How to activate and configure the “Constancias SIRCE” integration (Mexico)

Process:

1. Activate the integration:

  • Go to the general settings menu (gear icon) and select “Integraciones”.
  • Locate the section“Constancias SIRCE”at the end of the list.
  • Activate the integration and then clickEditar. In this view, you must:
    • Assign access to the divisions that will be able to view, manage, and generate certificates.
    • Review the explanatory box with the steps required for correct use. This includes shortcuts to the necessary LMS sections.

2. Configure razones sociales y representantes

  • If your LMS is synchronized with Buk, the razones sociales will load automatically. You will only need to add the legal representative and the workers' representative.

3. Create branches

  • Go to theConstancias SIRCEtab.

  • If you have integration with Buk, the CURP field will appear automatically.

  • Go toCentro de datos, thenUsuariosand clickCarga masiva.
  • Download the Excel template and complete the new fields required for SIRCE that are now part of the file.

5. Enable trainers to issue DC3

  • AccessCentro de datosin the side menu and then click “Proveedores de capacitación”.
  • Edit an existing trainer or create a new one.
  • On theRelatorestab, clickEditar.
  • Turn on the switchActivar para expedir DC3.
  • Upload the trainer's signature.

6. Configure an own course to issue a DC3 certificate

  • To enable the DC3 certificate from a specific course, go toCursos e-learning, and click onCursos.
  • Select an own course (only these allow issuing DC3 certificates).
  • UnderAjustes,click oninformación del curso, and go to theConstancias SIRCEtab.
  • Turn on the switchEmitir certificado DC3.
  • Complete the fields for the course's subject area and modality (always “en línea”).
  • Afterwards, make sure to:
    • Associate the course with a trainer enabled for DC3.
    • Create a SIRCE-type instance.

7. Create a SIRCE-type instance

  • Go to theInstanciastab of the course
  • Create a new instance and select the typeSIRCE.
  • When reviewing the participant list, you will see the columnVerificación SIRCE, which indicates whether each user has completed their information to issue the certificate.

Important considerations before configuring SIRCE

Activation of divisiones in the LMS
In order to correctly activate the integration withSIRCEin the LMS, it is amandatory requirementthat thedivisionesfunctionality be previously enabled in your Buk platform.
This is because SIRCE needs to associate collaborators with their respective division, thus allowing proper traceability and segmentation for course submission to SENCE.
